@taverill13 Another method I use in my daily routine is a very unorthodox approach to training which utilizes the idea (loosely) of training at the speed of sport or faster. I learned everything I know from @martraining . He literally took me from a dead average athlete on the last place team in the league and turned me into a two time first time all American. The time I spent with him @hawaiimvb truly changed the course of my life. I owe this man my career.
