I will never forget being in the computer room at the University of Canterbury when the quake struck at 12:51pm on Tuesday 22nd February 2011. To all of the 185 people who lost their lives that day, you will never be forgotten. To all of the thousands of people who were injured or lost their homes, you are heroes. It was awesome running with some of the athletes we coach this morning for our easy Sunday long run. Although many of our athletes were babies or very young when the quake hit, it was special running for the memorial on the summit road overlooking our beautiful city with the next generation! 💕」2月21日 12時56分
