It was in the days before cell phones even widely existed, so that gives you an idea of the entertainment options available to me when I wasn't on the set. I never played 40K enough to justify the time and money I invested in painting minis, but it was a super fun hobby, anyway. A couple of years ago, I got some new minis and paints, and discovered that I don't have the patience I once did, and there are other ways I want to invest my time and money. This little fella is from that set, and even though I'll never play with him (and I haven't gotten much better at painting since I was a teenager), I'm gonna keep him.
