As I lay my head to rest I remember that today marks one year since Ahmad Arbery was chased down and killed while jogging in a neighborhood in Georgia. I live in Georgia. He was only 25 years young (25 let that sit)... I love running and try to do it daily, but now I do it different, for a different reason, different purpose, I do it for those who can’t, I do it because #irunwithahmaud I continue to pray for his family and for their strength everyday.
