After the first 30 minutes, when my call came to the top of the queue the line was disconnected. After the next hour on hold when my call came to the top of the queue the line was disconnected. After the next 30 minutes my call was received and I spent 20 minutes convincing the receiver of the call for a consultation to contest two earlier denials for special standardized test accommodations. I was told eventually after being put on hold once again that I would be called the following day at 10am EST for a consultation. It is past 10am and I have received no such call. May I kindly suggest this ACT communication system be updated?
