Beets, potatos, onions, carrots, green vegetables, tempe, and mushrooms. Fried them with a little of oil and salt, and your choice of spices.
I really love tempe. It's so tasty and useful. Tempe is a fermented soybeans (but different from natto) originate from Indonesia. Now you can easily find tempe at supermarket!

【カラフル野菜炒め】
ビーツ、インカのめざめ(じゃがいも)、たまねぎ、にんじん、葉野菜、テンペ、マッシュルーム。少しの油と好きなスパイス、美味しい塩で炒めるだけ。簡単でズボラだけど、野菜の綺麗な色味がワクワクさせてくれる。テンペはお気に入りの食材のひとつ。とても簡単に調理できるし、おいしい。テンペはインドネシア発祥の、大豆を発酵させたもの。だけど納豆と全然違う。菌って本当に奥深い。今じゃスーパーで手軽に買えるから嬉しい☺️
