Today I can share with you three of our exciting authors who will be releasing their work with Happy Place Books.   Launching the Happy Place list is Lawrence Okolie (@lawrenceokolie), with his first book Dare to Change Your Life. I met Lawrence a couple of years ago at Radio2 and became obsessed by his story as well as his determination and drive. Lawrence’s story is as incredible as it is relatable and he shares the life lessons that have helped him change his life, finding purpose, happiness and confidence. Dare to Change Your Life publishes on 8 April 2021.  Keep your eyes peeled in May, when The Instant Mood Fix by Cambridge University mental health researcher Dr Olivia Remes will be published. Based on her compelling Ted Talk and research, this book identifies the common moods that hold everyone back and offers powerful, immediate pocket therapy.  For July, leading breathwork expert, and my dear mate, Rebecca Dennis (@breathing.tree) publishes Let It Go, an easy-to-digest breathing guide offering quick exercises and tips to make the practice of breathwork accessible to all.
