7 things I am grateful for...all free🤍

My younger daughter & I have started the practice of journaling 7 things we are grateful for every night before bed. I can say with most certainty that no matter what disposition we start out in, being grateful for what we already have, makes us happy in the present moment.

When you are happy in the present moment, you are open to receive more of what you are grateful for.
