Lychee Martinis at @mrchow with Eric some years ago after one of his shows in London. I have to tell you that we got a tiny bit drunk that night.
The only thing that I miss from living in LA are my friends, my housekeepers who were like my family, Pastaio (Nino and everyone there are included in my friends), my brother Eddie and Mr Chow. I would go to @ilpastaio_bh at least 7 times a week between lunch and dinner, to Mr Chow twice a week and to BOA on Sunset every Friday night at 9. Same tables everywhere, usually the same people plus some extras. I would go to Vegas twice a month with Eric because he used to DJ at The Wynn Hotel. Oh, and Johnny Rockets and Denny’s with Alex. And @melsdrivein also for some Chicken Tenders and Waffles. @sweetladyjanebakerycafe and @sprinklescupcakes Those were my happy places. The rest, I can live without, but I have some real friends there. Brother Eddie, if you see this, send me a message like you did two years ago. I can’t find your IG account. By the way, I made some Lychee and Coconut Rice Budding some years ago that was incredible, might do it again soon :)
In case you haven’t noticed, PB is a Pig, and Eric used yo say that instead of PB doing the Atkins diet, I’d do the Edkins diet, which translates to breaking Atkins whenever you see a dessert in front of you haha :)
