I’ve enjoyed filming this so much over my pregnancy ( covid rules all in place for filming), I was not able to film next to @janewakeuk because of social distancing but together we have filmed something I am proud of 💕Mumma fit to be is for pregnant women of all fitness levels and pregnancy affects us all differently. I have really struggled with back pain in pregnancy so I have had to take it at my own pace. Mumma fit to be is divided into three. Inner you, Heartbeat and Breathe ✨ We filmed a lovely breathe meditation this week which is perfect for preparing women for labour. I feel like it’s only natural to be nervous about labour and it’s great for calming any anxieties.
