今日はオフ日😊。

有難い事に、自分の大好きな事をお仕事としてさせて頂けていることもあってか、昔からお仕事のお声がけを頂ければ２つ返事でガンガン動いておりましが、最近はあえて『オンオフ⭐️💤』を創るようにしてます😊。年齢を重ねると共に本当に『睡眠』『休息』の大事さを痛感しております。

とはいえ、今日もavityは朝から夜遅くまでスタッフちゃんがお客様を笑顔でおもてなししてくれて、沢山あるスタジオの中からお客様がavityにレッスンに来てくださって、そして先生方が本当に素晴らしいレッスンをしてくださってます💦。

本当に皆様あってのavity、中島史恵🌟です😊。至らない点も多々ございますが、皆様に助けて頂きながら、心身共により学びを深め皆様のお役に立てるよう頑張りますので💕。今後とも末永くちょこまると合わせて（笑）お願い申し上げます💕。

Today is off day 😊.

Thankfully, perhaps because I am able to do what I love as a job, I have always been able to respond with two replies if I hear from you, but recently I have been trying to create On Off ⭐️💤.As I get older, I realize the importance of sleep and rest.

However, today at avity, the staff treated you with smiles from morning till late at night, customers from many studios came to avity for lessons, and the teachers gave me really wonderful lessons💦

This is Fumie Nakajima🌟, a real beauty for everyone.😊 There are many things that I am not good at, but I will do my best to deepen my learning and help everyone both physically and mentally with your help.💕I look forward to working with you for a long time to come
