Balancing mom life and work life can get chaotic and Iʼll admit, itʼs easy for me sometimes to put myself on the back burner. If thereʼs one thing I can do for myself everyday that makes it a winning day, itʼs being more mindful with my health & wellness. Taking care of myself & being in tune with my body is something Iʼve learned to appreciate more as the years have gone by and Iʼm always looking for smart ways to keep myself accountable. Iʼve been using @amazonhalo for months now and I just love how the Halo Band syncs with my Halo app to quietly measure things like my activity level, sleep patterns and it even helps me monitor my tone of voice!
