CHURRO BAKED OAT CAKE recipe by @noashealthyeats

serves 1- V, GF, DF, RSF

Ingredients:
•40-50g banana
•1/3 cup almond milk/milk of choice
•1/2 oats 40g
•20g protein (i use @macr0mike salted caramel : Dc code : amb-noa
•sweet drops/or maple syrup to taste
•1 tsp of baking powder

Filling:
•1 large square of Lindt or a truffle /choc ball (or 2 if your feeling extra)

Toppings:
•cinnamon
•granulated natural sweetener / or coconut sugar

Preheat the oven to 180•c.
In a processor blend banana , milk, sweet drops, oats, protein and baking powder until smooth, adjust milk for a cake batter consistency. Place batter into a 13 cm greased baking ramekin /bowl, press your chocolate in slighty just covering it, the closer to the top the better.

Sprinkle over a little cinnamon and a tbs of natvia/ granulated sweetener of choice.

Bake for 20-25 mins. The longer the cakier , i like 25 mins. Enjoy 😍
