It wasn't easy living there for my family but Nobu’s story was more tough. He talked me “I thought that was my end when my restaurant become in fire” But beauty of the Japanese food won't go away and he keeps challenging in the USA after that tragedy. I love Nobu’s restaurant food because they keep the traditional Japanese spice, sauce in the new style menu.
