Do you ever feel guilty for not ‘making the most of every moment’? I’m so aware that life is a gift that I hold myself to an impossible standard of living it to the fullest every second. If I sleep in, or watch a tv show instead of going on a walk, or sit on my laptop and do work when I’m somewhere beautiful, I feel like I’m wasting the opportunities I’m so beyond grateful for. Trying to be gentle with myself through the guilt. Can anyone relate?
