We prepared and worked as hard as we could, but so did everyone else. Sports are uncertain, there are no guarantees. All you can do is work to foster a belief in yourself and your team, that you are capable of accomplishing your biggest dreams and then leave all you have on the court. It’s been a long, up and down road- blood, sweat, and tears; hundreds of thousands of miles flown and a few passport snaffus, but I wouldn’t change it for anything. So so so grateful it went our way and beyond happy with the result 🥇🙌🏼 but what makes me happier still is reflecting on our journey. So proud of how we stayed together and strong through it all.
