Isn’t it so interesting how the mechanics of running subtly change as we increase our speed? I didn’t even realize my hand coiled up like that! 😂💪

This is called a “build up”. Basically staring slow and increasing smoothly into a fast sprinting motion. This is an exaggeration of the long jump runway, and is also really good for warming up before doing top speed work, to ease into the quickness. 👏👍✨
