#ad Right – who’s ready to take on my #AlproPBchallenge? This one’s all about press-ups, press-ups, press-ups!

I’ve been fuelling with plant-protein from @alpro Soya No Sugars and wanted to put myself to the test. This challenge relies on good form across each move and importantly, upper body muscle strength, so getting enough quality protein before and after a challenge like this is key.

Now it’s fairly straightforward on paper but I can assure you it’s not easy - @nicolaadams @タイローン・ミングス and @heatherwatson92 – let’s see what you’ve got 💥

💪🏻 3 clap press-ups – everything off the floor
💪🏻 3 lizard press-ups – knees to elbows and both sides = 1 rep
💪🏻 3 normal press-ups – chest to floor
💪🏻 10 second frog hold
