Childbirth recovery, in the healthiest of circumstances was a shocker. @itsbodily was founded by a mother to create research-based content and products (remember scrolling through pages of message boards for answers during pregnancy?) to support pregnancy, recovery and now pregnancy loss. We’re told to save our pregnancy news until 12 weeks “just in case something happens.” If it’s so normal (1 in 4 pregnancies end in loss) why aren’t we talking about it and why aren’t there more resources available to women?
