New cookbook out October 26th. Made a version of Korean maeuntang (매운탕). A spicy seafood soup usually made with fish but I’ve also had it before with crab. My in-laws are staying with us helping us out with new baby and they love Dungeness Crab. Wanted to make them something nice.
