Just a little 1 arms at the end of a gym session.

I can’t really push it still and so need to be careful with the level of my collar bones.
This is also a great time for my right arm to catch up to the strength of my left arm! 💪🏻
My left side has always been “the strong one” and so 1 arm pull-ups are a lot easier on that side.
I can typically add about 10-15 and sometimes 20lbs to that side and do them. Most I have added is 25lbs. 💪🏻
