In addition to lots of fresh veggies, I always make sure to get my @1stphorm #Optigreens50 in daily.
In order to plan healthy meals for the week, I like to stock up on organic produce and fresh herbs at local farmers’ markets once or twice a week and grab what’s in season. I like to switch it up and grab different green produce each time so I don’t get bored, plus farmers markets tend to have more interesting varieties of veggies to choose from!
Even when we do our best-no diet can cover all the super foods and micro nutrients found in #OptiGreens so I always take it to cover any gaps in my diet, to keep my immune system and gut health covered. 💚
