The hairstyle I will be wearing until my hair grows back from the terrible cut I got today! The Asian lady who cut my hair did not speak very good english, so communicating with her was a problem. Overall, very irresponsible stylist! She over cut my bangs & I told her thats not what I wanted but she insisted on saying that's what I told her to do. Before I left the salon, she had the audacity to tell me that she'll charge me $10 more my next visit because she gave me a lower price this time. No lady! You messed up on my hair, I shouldn't even pay you at all. On top of that, she tried to put the blame on me instead of fixing the problem. Will not be going back to this salon. Definitely don't know what the hype on yelp is all about. Horrible service from the other employees. Unless you speak Korean, do not visit Kim Sun Young Salon in LA.
