I was super excited when the opportunity to write with lofi artist @louk_around_you emerged. Typically lofi music doesn’t involve lyrics, much less vocals, so it was really fun to take some of these elements out of the songwriting process and instead, hum and tinker my way through — while still trying to evoke a vibe, a mood, and in the end, a sense of comfort.
