Some Tuesday spice!🌶😍💪🏽 note to self: don’t train at peak hours..😆 Did what I could with a full body workout, until the gym was packed🥲 But still got a good workout in!✔️

The workout I did:
👾Squats - 4 sets x 12 reps.
👾Romanian deadlifts- 3 sets x 12 reps.
👾Chest press (not filmed) - 3 sets x 12 reps.
👾Rows - 3 sets x 12 reps.
👾Side raises - 3 sets x 12 reps.
