Valentine’s Day means a great deal to many and absolutely nothing to some. Regardless of whether you’re single or in a relationship, know that you are WORTHY of love.

Love does NOT always have to equate to romance, it can simply be the deep and meaningful connection you build with your friends, family, colleagues and perhaps even strangers. There is no reason to dwell on emptiness, when love can be found all around you.

With that being said, remember, one of the most important kinds of love, is the love you have for yourself. NO, loving yourself does not mean you’re selfish or conceited! It means you value yourself enough to know your worth and understand that you deserve to be cared for and acknowledged.
