As part of the International Day against Homophobia and Transphobia and ahead of Pride Month celebrations, LVMH is proud to promote a film directed by @benoitpetre with the support of @tetumag (the historic publication of the LGBTI+ community in France) to raise awareness on the homophobia, transphobia, and biphobia that members of the LGBTI+ community face every single day.

Diversity is one of the strengths of LVMH. As a source of creativity and performance, the Group’s approach is based on concrete measures to ensure the well-being of its employees throughout the world. In particular, it has committed to strengthening its inclusive corporate culture by signing the UN Charter against LGBTI+ discrimination in 2019.

ALL LVMH Pride, a network for the LGBTI+ community and its allies whose role has continued to grow and expand, is present in the US, the UK, Japan, the APAC region and France. Beyond the Group, our employees are personally committed to the fight against discrimination. Similarly, LVMH Maisons have been working in this area for many years with employees from the LGBTI+ community, such as Moët Hennessy with The Bar and Sephora with Prisme.
