Landed on a Studio 192 that provides great monitoring for synths and vocals. Though the Quantum 2626 is just as good, I hate having to change buffer settings between writing and recording, so the DSP fat channel and fx options fit my work flow perfectly for vocal recording. Also picked up a Revelator io24 for live streaming. The level of control and integration is just so much easier than fumbling with third party software to get similar results. Everything syncs up immediately, and I don’t have to adjust things every time I want to do something new. I have another project coming up soon, and a new preamp is on my mind, but for now I’m feeling at home in this new setup.
