To explore the passage of time, we caught up with Michelin star chef @adamhandling, as part of the @michelinguide’s partnership with @visithungary, @salt_budapest’s @szilardtoth1 in London at @frogbyah, curating a one-off 8 course menu based on Hungarian cuisine and ingredients.
