今週は凄い場所へ✨洞窟の会員制のレストラン＆住居にお祝いを兼ねて🥂

20年以上前からの私の親友、建築家の石上純也君と20年前に一緒に山口県に行き、彼が大事な友人として紹介してくれたカッコよすぎるシェフ、ノリ（平田シェフ）。

お互いの夢を語り、実現していき、見守りながら、時間が過ぎ..

そんな二人が時間をかけて実現した、歴史に残る特別な場所が完成し、私の大好きな共通の友人達を連れて行ってきました。

時空を超え、ジャンルを飛び越え、建築と自然を飛び越える感覚が共感しかない。

そして、数々の美しいお料理も素晴らしかった🥐🍽

本当おめでとう！ノリ。
純ちゃんいつもありがと✨

Finally built, a restaurant in a cave! We are in a great place.

Junya Ishigami, my best friend from 20 years ago, and Nori, the too cool chef who went to Yamaguchi 20 years ago and whom he introduced to me as a dear friend. They meet again, talk about their mutual dreams, realize them, and watch over each other.

They realized a special place that will remain in the history of the world, and it is now complete.
I went there to celebrate with some of my favorite friends who transcend genres.
The sense of transcending time and space, transcending genres, transcending architecture and nature, I can sympathize them.
And the numerous beautiful dishes were wonderful.
