Over the past 15 years, I’ve signed and numbered thousands of prints, taking my paintings and images and expanding them into another realm by exploring traditional and digital reproduction techniques, mashing them together to create unique combinations that are not often seen together. This unique blend of techniques is not possible without the incredible passion and obsessive attention to detail from my printmaker, @bradkeech, with whom I’ve collaborated since 2006. We call these multi-process prints, since they combine elements of digital printmaking with analog techniques like chine collé, letterpress, foil stamping, silkscreen printing, and other processes. Also in the show is an in depth look at my woodblock prints with Adachi Hanga, who has generously loaned us the original wood blocks and tools used in the production of my ukioye prints.
