I've been trying to work out 2x a day / 3 days a week. ↔️
I still go to the gym 5 times a week in the mornings but added another workout (usually cardio of some kind , yoga/Pilates or flexibility stretching).
I bought this bike and a Pilates machine during covid and has been so beneficial at home.
