‘Why exactly have you started dancing like a freak?’ 🤣 To be fair it’s a good question.

It all started with a bit of stretching. I learnt that stress lives in the hips ( psoas) stretching them consistently - you can bring out emotion that could have been stuck in there for years , even decades. I became completely fascinated by this .. and decided to test it myself by learning to do the splits having never done it before.

As my body opened , my mind opened to a whole new way of life that I could only have dreamed possible.

You don’t have to move to Ibiza. You don’t have to do anything other than commit to own self development, & learn to listen to your own heart. It’s not easy. I still can’t do it all the time 🤣 but as I quieten my mind. The loud voice that used to tell me I was too embarrassed to dance, too scared to share my truth gets quieter. & I found this rebellious fun dancing wild woman was always there just waiting to be discovered.
