My 20’s I couldn’t wait to get over with and my 30’s I was excited for. They didn’t disappoint. I began them single, unemployed and renting an apartment. Unsure as to what my next move in life should be. In that first year of 30 I met the woman I would marry and have children with (there were speed bumps but I always knew). 2 years later I booked the job that changed my life and enabled me to buy a house. By the time I reached 40 we had a son and now I can’t wait to see what this decade will bring. I know there will be sadness as well as joy but that’s the journey of life that we are all on. Growing older has always been exciting for me. I can’t believe I’m 40 now 😂 But with that comes a wonder at what life will present to my family and I. “And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music”- Nietszche.
