I've been struggling with back pain for a while but a couple of weeks ago it escalated to the point where I could no longer stand without pain and an MRI showed that I have a herniated disc. I'm extremely disappointed to miss out on indoors, I was so happy with how my winter training was going and excited to see how that translated into competition. I am not sure what the timescale on my recovery will be just yet but that is where my focus is now, to get back running as soon as I can. #injury #roadtorecovery」1月31日 0時53分
