Le Matin Patisserie unveils a new permanent location at ION Orchard on 1 February serving up signature French delights for brunch and dessert.
Expect to splurge on hot mains like Black Truffle Scrambled Eggs Croissant and Wagyu Brioche Feuilletée, and pastries/desserts like Sake Lees & Macadamia.
I really enjoyed the Tarte Aux Noix de Cajou made of fragrant cashew custard, cashew nougatine and filo pastry, topped off with orange blossom scented mulberries and Pedro Ximenez cream.
