Here's another ab workout for you guys! This one is easier than the last! It's a modified hanging leg raise with the yoga ball. Simply put the ball in between your feet and bring them up to a 90 degree angle and repeat until failure! Don't count reps for these just do them until you cant any anymore...don't sell yourself short! Challenge me by hash tagging your workouts under #HardCoreAinsley! Ready...set...GO!!! ?❤
