Unfortunately I fractured my big toe during training the other day and therefore my preparation for the season will be a bit different from the previous years. I am not gonna lie, it is challenging to face what this injury means for the upcoming season and at least four weeks without climbing shoe on the left side is a big deal! Looking at things from a different angle though I must say that I rather go through this now than mid-season 😉

Rehab, here I come! 💪🏼
