I’m so grateful to have directed an episode this season and can’t express enough how much I love working on this show.⁣ ⁣ The Mando family, cast, and crew is the best of the best. Not only because of their skill and talent (which is at the highest level) but because of the HEART they pour into every moment. It is a privilege and an honor to direct in that environment, alongside such champions. ⁣⁣ ⁣ Then on top of that, we have the one and only @rickfamuyiwa executive producing. I look up to Rick for many reasons -- one of which is that he’s at least 6’4” but mostly because his taste is *exquisite* and he’s the kind of collaborator that I can trust completely. I’m so excited for the world to see this next chapter in the Mando-verse and Rick’s thoughtful and action-packed touch continues to bring everything to the next level. ⁣ ⁣⁣ And of course, there’s @jonfavreau and @dave.filoni, my mentors and friends. Fellas, thank you for including me in this adventure. Nothing in my career brings me more joy than being with the Mando family. ⁣ ⁣⁣ I started this journey five years ago and I distinctly remember Jon talking about Baby Yoda (he didn’t have a name yet) and how he hoped that Baby would feel like a “love bomb” on the world.
