Saying goodbye to you wasn’t easy,I’m thankful for our time together. We love you and you will be missed🤍 This is a different kind of post and I’m grateful that @animalloverescue contacted me to collaborate this project. I’m sure a lot of you have pets or animal lovers and recently I was introduced to @animalloverescue center in Costa Rica, which needs urgent help! It’s a non-profit no-kill charitable shelter that takes care of 500 dogs🐶 and 400 cats🐱, in addition to sheep, goats, geese, ducks, horses, and others (1,300 animals in total). Most of them came to the center after being mistreated, wounded, paralyzed, or abandoned💔 Since the global crisis began that almost completely stopped their tourism business (hotels, adventure center, and the company that runs tours in Central America) they have been barely holding on, trying to raise donations all over the world for their animals. And the expenses are extremely high, their budget on the animals in the shelter is 60K Dollars every month (medical treatments, food, etc.) and with the huge number of animals that keep on coming every day (more than 200 dogs and cats only in the last month!!) - abused, neglected, in a malnutrition condition, old, blind or suffer from different diseases they need our support to keep going and buy food for the animals!!
