Two days before this my back seized up and I was in so much pain that I couldnt move or breathe without pain shooting down my back, the next day I went to the hospital in desperation to get a shot that thankfully made this go away.

The battle with my chronic pain is ongoing and frustrating but it is moments like this that let me fully forget about it and this is why appreciate and love the simplest pleasures of being outside and moving. I love the feeling of discomfort through challenge, feeling my own strength and immersing myself in it.
Even better that to be able to do with people who share and feel the same passions that you can laugh together and be silly with✨
