Its all about getting back into shape now, I got some big charity games coming up in the summer, looking forward to those… Most importantly though HEALTH is WEALTH. After I retired I took a year off cardio and now I’m 98kg, the target is getting back to playing weight 90kg. Back to being disciplined again, no more Chocolate Hobnobs with my tea watching Eastenders at night🤣🤣

So my training today was:

1 minute run- 30 seconds rest
on Level 17 for 10 minutes. With 1% incline

AFTER 10 mins go straight to

30 seconds run - 30 seconds rest for 10 mins on Level 17 with 1% incline
