We rescued him from the Long Island Animal Sanctuary as a very sick puppy running a fever with heart worms and a bunch of other issues. He was originally born in Memphis Tennessee which is where is name came from. In our first year with him he broke his front two legs!! The first time he jumped onto a park bench and his paw went through the cracks and he slipped and snapped his skinny leg in half… the second time another big dog jumped on him and snapped his leg! Both times we had his legs reconstructed with Titanium and his medical bill for year one was $22k and Pet Plan put the Memph and me on the cover 🤣🐶 He then got hit by a truck in a Cracker Barrel when we took a road trip to Alabama and broke his back… but like a cat he has 9 lives and is the fastest, silliest, bestest doggy in the world even if he’s incredibly accident prone!
