Actually I wrote this song after Japan earthquake of 2011.
Just couldn't release it, felt so worthless as a musician then.
Still it's just my imaginary story, that one's swallen emotion is carried, traveld with "Whale's arc "until it reaches somewhere, sometime, and that hurt emotion is healed, delivered to where it is settled.
震災ののち、永田泰大さんの記事を読んで出来た曲です。
自分の無力さやおこがましさに絶望し、出せなかった。
今も「くじらの箱舟」が膨らみすぎた想いを運んでいってくれるという妄想のストーリーだけど、カマキリマイさんの1枚の絵から発想をもらい、マイさんが素晴らしい映像にしてくれました。
何年もたったあとにRecし直して世に出すところまで導いてくれた @yukikanesaka さん、ありがとう。
