今朝の事です☀️

いつものように散歩をしていると、早朝にもかかわらずお巡りさんが公園のところに立っていました👮‍♂️

良く見ると散歩コースの2号公園の八重桜の樹が倒れていました🌸
*
岳地方にはこの数日間「強風注意報」が出ていて、そのせいで倒れたそうです🌀
*
ソメイヨシノの次に咲く、この美しい八重桜を毎年楽しみにしていたのにもったいない😣
*
市役所職員の話しでは、今から53年前(昭和45)の開園の時に植樹された桜で、根が折れてしまったので撤去だそうです。

せっかくここまで立派に育ったのに可哀想に…😢

It's a shame that I looked forward to this beautiful Yaezakura every year, which blooms next to the Yoshino cherry tree😣

According to a city hall official, the cherry tree that was planted 53 years ago (Showa 45) when the park opened has broken roots and will be removed.
