This time I made a chocolate mille crepe with strawberries in between.
The dough was chewy, soft and very tasty.
In the end, we ran out of ingredients and had to cut them into small pieces and pile them on top of each other.

200g Milk
25g Granulated sugar
65g Cake Flour
5g Cocoa powder
5g Black cocoa powder
1.5g Baking powder
15g Unsalted butter
150g Heavy cream45%
100g Fresh cream36%
20g Granulated sugar
