Hotel 🍑 Workout - Dumbbell Only!
If you prefer training with dumbbells, this is the workout for you! I haven’t trained much since the StrongLifting Comp but our hotel in NY had such a cool gym setup it would be rude not to do a quick @datbootybydb glute sesh
