Filmed all round 🌎, I decided for this footage to be filmed in different places, by different cameras./ different quality to represent the seasons that not only I have been in, but also the other people in this video. I didn’t care about it being pretty, life isn’t, this journey hasn’t been, my walk has not been… The clip of me, on the bridge in Virginia, was the hardest Christmas I’ve ever had, the most alone I’ve ever felt struggling while making this piece… down bad! I sat on this for piece for 3 years… And was pushed by my brother in Christ, Malachi Simmons to finish it 🖤 ⬇️ It’s wild how you can be surrounded by so many people, yet still feel alone. Seems isolation, Although painful, can bring faith beyond anything you can imagine. For some of us we’ve grown in our relationship with him the most in the valleys… in the waiting, in our storms… A wise man told me he might not put an end to your storms, but he will always be there with you through them, people need people, mentors, need mentors, leaders need leaders, although you may feel like you have nobody… I’m here to tell you, you are never alone. I thank God he never left me, And I’m grateful to each, and everyone of you who we placed in my life, they never let me feel alone in the darkest days. Love y’all.
