My go to 3 for the last 5 months! Goodmornings, reverse hack squat, & heavy db squats are significantly changing my glute gains! For me, concentrating on pushing through my heels on each lift helps me feel it 10x more! Also making sure I’m moving slow & controlled. Less weight but working on actually feeling it!
