Sometimes it can feel like the weight of the past is chaining us down.
We have all made mistakes. Some big, some small. Some we feel we can never recover from. Taking accountability and owning those mistakes is important.
However, we can all rise from our past behaviors with grace, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to personal growth, we can overcome our past and emerge stronger and wiser than before.

Grace and redemption are essential to the human experience. They offer us the opportunity to forgive ourselves and others for past behaviors, to grow and evolve beyond our shortcomings, and to find hope in the face of adversity.

Without grace and redemption, we would be stuck in a cycle of shame, guilt, and despair. And in a place of judgment towards others, which ultimately causes more and more pain for everyone.

Redemption is one of the most powerful and important story arch’s in the human experience. Let’s not cast others out, but rather invite ourselves and those around us to be better. To support each other in our redemption stories.
